About Us

H.I.M. Mechanical Systems was founded in 1974 by Howard Isam Mitchell and his wife Veronica. With a simple approach to refrigeration repair and unparalleled customer service, they assured their customers that they could “do it better”. Their early clients included Howard Johnson’s and York Steak House.

Through word of mouth, the business grew and the list of services were expanded to include all HVAC systems as well.

Now owned by Howard’s son Mathew Mitchell, H.I.M. still adheres to the simple principles that the customers’ needs come first and that we can “do it better”. Our company currently has 15 employees.
